Cours Mont-Royal
Cours Mont-Royal is one of the best-known fashion stages in Montreal. They were kind enough to host our team and models to film important beauty shots for the film. There were nine models from different backgrounds that helped us make this production a possibility. They include: Agnès Bouchard, Aishah Francisque, Alex Ferland, Dona Absi, Jacky Zhou, Jay Chevery, Julian Daniels, Lynn Megarbané & Si Chen (pictured above).

Crew

OK George! Studio
The crew that produced Colours From Outer Space is made up of a network of independent freelancers operating under the umbrella of a production agency based in Montreal called OK George! Studio. The professionals who filmed this documentary primarily are: George Karkour, Giuseppe Cristarella (pictured above), Kenny Leguier, Clara Haddad and Sami Zenderoudi.

Actors

Talents In Costumes
To bring concepts and theories pertaining to race to life, we worked with notable Quebecker actors and actresses. Pierre-Yves Charbonneau (the chef pictured above), Andréanne Martin and Roan Barrett (policeman and policewoman) were the three main talents of the documentary. They delivered a wonderful performance in the very short amount of time we had for the production. The funny costumes were provided by one of our suppliers and sponsors, Oya Costumes. 

Dancers

Cultural Performers
A variety of cultural dances were shown during the projection of Colours From Outer Space. All of the professional performers who shared their dancing routines with us represented their culture and traditions. Some of the groups you will see in the film belong to the Phoenix Artistic Troupe, the International Tango Festival Of Montreal, Burn Bhangra Fitness, Jelly Bean Group, Kim’s Taekwondo and Cheza Group to name just a few.

Street Interviews

Square Phillips
To collect intimate and meaningful testimonials from people, we built a wooden stand and placed it in the middle of the street, downtown Montreal. We then proceeded to invite random pedestrians to join us and share their stories.

Honorary Colonel

David Hart
Honorary Colonel David Hart is a Canadian veteran of jewish descent. He joined the effort to defend Canada and saw action in Dieppe during World War II. A centenarian with over 80 years in the uniform, he is the longest-serving officer of the Canadian Army today. We honoured the colonel with flowers brought to him by children who volunteered for the cause: Japjot Singh, Mankeerat Kaur, Marie Sutherland (pictured above) and Raphaël Sutherland.
